What are the delivery times within the United Kingdom?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our logistics provider. Therefore, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.
However, if you notice an error, please contact us immediately via our contact form so our customer service team can assist and find the best possible solution if feasible.
I want to return a product. How do I do that?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return one or more products. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. Any return without a tracking number will not be accepted for potential claims.
The product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please include in your return package: the product, the related order number, your contact details, and the reason for the return to facilitate processing.
